How do I get my digital product?

You get access straight after checkout. Your access details are also in your order confirmation email. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email wolflabfit@gmail.com.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Once you have access to a digital product, all sales are final and we can't refund for change of mind. If your product is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us and we'll fix or replace it. Full details are in our Refund policy.

How does the Alignment Session work?

It's a private 60-minute online consultation. After purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email, and you'll be contacted within 48 hours to arrange your session.

Can I cancel or reschedule my Alignment Session?

You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as your session hasn't taken place yet. After that, you can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are non-refundable.

How does Accountability Coaching work?

It's a private 6-week online programme with 3 video calls of 45 minutes, one every 2 weeks, and weekly check-in phone calls in between. Check-in calls come from a private number. After purchase, you'll be contacted within 48 hours to arrange your start date.

Can I cancel Accountability Coaching?

You can cancel within 14 days of purchase. If your coaching hasn't started yet, you'll get a full refund. If it has started at your request, an amount for the weeks you've had is deducted. After 14 days, the programme can't be cancelled and no refunds are given. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Do you ship anything?

No. Everything is digital or online, so there are no delivery charges.

Can I buy from outside the UK?

Yes. Everything is available worldwide. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Is Crazy Waist right for me?

Crazy Waist gives general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. If you're pregnant, injured or have a medical condition, speak to your GP before starting.
