These terms apply when you buy from WolfLab Fit. Please read them before you place an order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

1. About us

2. Our products

We sell digital fitness and mindset programs and guides, and online one-to-one sessions. Our products are described on the website. Please read each description carefully before you buy.

3. Health and wellbeing

Our programs and sessions give general fitness, nutrition and mindset guidance. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Please speak to your GP before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury or have a medical condition. Results vary from person to person and depend on your own effort, consistency and circumstances.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes that apply. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. There are no delivery charges.

5. Your order

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. That is when the contract between you and WolfLab Fit is formed.

6. Digital products

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own use. You must not copy, share, resell or distribute it, or make it available to anyone else. All content remains the property of WolfLab Fit.

7. Alignment Session

The Alignment Session is a private 60-minute online consultation. After purchase, you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange it. The session offers practical guidance and an action plan. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice.

7a. Accountability Coaching
Accountability Coaching is a private 6-week online programme. It includes 3 video calls of 45 minutes, one every 2 weeks, and weekly check-in phone calls between them. Check-in calls are made from a private number. Your start date is agreed with you after purchase. Spaces are limited. The programme offers accountability and practical guidance. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel, and when refunds apply, are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: digital products are final once access has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described. The Alignment Session can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if it has not yet taken place.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, images, videos, programs and guides, belongs to WolfLab Fit or is used with permission. You may not use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply our products for domestic and private use only, and we are not liable for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you placed it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
